Potpourri of herbs
Potpourri are colorful, aromatic mixtures of dried herbs in glass vessels of beautiful shape or in open baskets and vases.
Multicolored potpourri
The green color of has leaves of fragrant geranium, medicinal wormwood, laurel, lemon balm, all kinds of mint, sage, scented cherry and Schisandra. White - flowers of noble jasmine, garden carnation, lilies of the valley, roses, Iberian, white clover. The blue color of will be given flowers of borage, snake, violet, heliotrope, cat, lavender, rosemary and hyssop.

Potpourri. Make a bouquet of dried aromatic herbs, leaves, flowers, spices, fragrant fruit crusts and add an enhancer and odor fixer. Fill the resulting mixture with a beautiful glass container. When you lift the lid, the fairy scent
will blossom around the house, a shiny pelargonium, rosemary, sage, thyme, tarragon, basil, lemongrass and reseda. For the aroma to be saturated, a pinch of an odor enhancer can be added to the finished composition.
A recipe for a fragrant potpourri:
measure out 1L of dried flowers and leaves of herbs: lavender, rosemary, mint, lemon balm, flowers and rosebuds;
add dry peel of lemon, marigold and chamomile flowers;
grind in a mortar for 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon powder, coriander seeds, angelica and cloves;mix components, add 25 g. powder of violet root to fix the fragrance and a few drops of lavender and rose oil;
should be allowed to stand in a closed vessel for 4 weeks and spread out over baskets, glasses and vases.
As an amplifier, for example, ground anise seeds, cloves( spices), chestnuts, coriander, grated nutmeg, cinnamon and lemon peel, oranges and grapefruits. Such potpourri decorate the rooms and, if slightly open the top of the vessel, exude the smells of summer.
