    Local cleansing is sometimes irritating, resorptive action is accompanied by narrowing of the vessels, increased intestinal motility, there are also indications of an exciting effect on the body.

    It is established that when administered orally, the preparations have a stimulating effect, activate breathing and increase blood pressure, causing a narrowing of the blood vessels. Infusion of herbs is recommended for various diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, as a laxative, tonic, with dropsy and malaria. The diuretic effect is due to flavonoids. In epilepsy take powder from dry leaves( about 1 g - at the tip of the knife - with sugar 3 times a day for 3 months).With bruises apply ointment from grass, cooked with pork lard( internal fat).Juice grass treated with contaminated wounds, poultices from the grass are considered a means of reducing warts and calluses. Freshly ground grass is applied to cancerous tumors.

    Application of

    Ointment can be made either from condensed broth or from grass powder: 1 part of grass powder to 4 parts of the base( butter or Vaseline).

    In Bulgarian folk medicine, purification is used as an analgesic for hemorrhoids and soothing at

    irritation of the anal mucosa and itching in.this area, as well as with scurvy, atherosclerosis, epilepsy, gruel from grass - for poultices with neoplasms.
