Yin-yang tree of beads: a step-by-step master class with photos

The yin-yang symbol is probably the most popular ancient Chinese symbol. According to Taoist philosophy, it means the unity of opposites: black and white, sun and moon, good and evil, men and women who do not exist without each other and together make up our world. If your idea is a tree of yin-yang from beads, the master class will help you in its implementation. Such a tree can become a wonderful philosophical gift to a loved one, a newly-married couple or on the anniversary of the wedding.

The composition as a whole will be two trees - black and white, whose trunks intertwined.

Materials:

• black beads - 150g;
• white beads - 150 g;
• thin and thick wire;
• threads are black and white. Suitable as woolen, and silk;
• brush and paint( black and white);
• pliers;
• gypsum and pot for stand.

How to do?

We cut thin wire: 60 cuts of 45 cm. For wire we use wire with a diameter of 0.3 mm.

We take one cut and thread on it 9 black beads. We make of them a small loop, twisting the wire.

In the same way, we make 6 more loops at a distance of about 1 cm from each other.

Fold the wire as in the photo: 1 loop at the top and 3 on each side.

To make the twig look more alive, you can turn the leaves in different directions.

By the same scheme, we rub three more of the same twigs and combine them into one large twisting among themselves.

For a white twig we use the same weaving from beads, the Yingyan tree in us consists of two halves: black and white. For each of them, you need 10 large blanks.

We wind each twig with threads of its own color, after which we can begin to collect trees.

How to weave branches into a tree: We take a branch that will become central, and we will tie one more side to it. The next one is similar to the one below. Sideways - one more.

We are fastening one more between this base.

The next row is reeled in a circle below, after it - another one is the same. As a result, the tree should have 3 rows of branches.

Now to our tree you need to reel the trunk. To do this, use a thick wire. If its thickness is not enough, the diameter can be increased with the help of paint tape. The trunk is wound with threads, as before it was done with branches.

By the same principle, we make the second tree.

We weave the trunks with each other.

We prepare the gypsum solution, fill it in a prepared pot, where our tree was installed.

We are waiting for the night, so that the gypsum is well frozen.

On the plaster we draw the symbol of yin-yang, spread it with glue and sprinkle with beads. It is convenient to do this in two steps: first glue the white beads, then black.

Done! We made a beautiful tree of inyan from beads with our own hands.

How else can I use a symbol?

The yin-yang symbol is very often used by craftsmen in needlework and other forms of creativity. If we consider weaving from beads, it can become an excellent idea for a set of earrings, necklaces or pendants, bracelets, charms. ..

For weaving yin-yang symbols it is most convenient to use a mosaic weave starting work from the center of the circle. Master the mosaic weaving will help with photo and video lessons. In the first row, 5 beads are typed, tightened into a tight ring and fixed with a knot. One end is longer than the other. At the long end, put on 1 bead, leading the needle through 1 of the previous row. In the third row, 2 beads are added, and in 3 - by 1.

Thus, according to the scheme, the whole product is weighed. In the 6th row, you need to gently and evenly begin to weave circles of the opposite color. For the earrings, you need 14 rows, in the last of which you need to fasten the schwenze. And if you take a larger beads, then you can also weave the pendant in the same way.
