    Assembling a modular vase-origami

To make this vase, as in the picture above, you will need to prepare 433 white modules and 211 modules of yellow color( you can use other colors, if you wish). How to make the modules can be seen in the video below.

One sheet produces 16 modules, for this we divide the sheet into 4 strips in length and another 4 parts. For beginners, the vase should not seem complicated in the assembly, since this model uses the traditional method of connecting the modules to each other. The yellow modules are the first row, and the blue ones are the second. Module corners are inserted into each other.

By the way, it's best to immediately assemble the required number of modules, and only then proceed to assemble them into the whole product.

So, for the first row you need 20 white modules, and for the second row 20 color ones. They need to be inserted using the connection of the modules, shown just above in the figure. Here's what should happen:

The third row requires 20 yellow modules.

After the third row is finished, the product should be turned out.

The fourth row assembly is executed in the opposite direction compared to the previous rows, we only use 30 white modules. Also, add 10 modules as follows: one module is put on as usual, the second module uses only one pocket, the left one remains empty, the third module has left the left pocket empty.

Our vase has a pattern, so in the fifth row proceeds to its laying. To do this, use 1 yellow module, 2 white, 1 yellow, the rest - white.

The sixth and seventh rows are executed from 28 white modules and 2 yellow ones, according to the figure:

The next three rows are collected similarly, respectively: in the eighth - 3 yellow, 27 white modules, in the ninth - 2 yellow and 28 white and in the tenth - 2yellow and 26 white. The eleventh series is similar to the ninth.

The twelfth row - 4 yellow, 26 white modules, the thirteenth row - 2 yellow, 28 white modules, the fourteenth row - 3 yellow, 27 white, the fifteenth row - 5 yellow, 25 white modules.

Sixteenth series. A total of 6 yellow, 24 white modules.

    Seventeenth row.30 white modules.

The eighteenth row.30 white modules. The peculiarity of this series is that the modules need to be dressed in the opposite direction.

Nineteenth row. We evenly add 10 modules. A total of 40 modules are yellow.

The upper, twentieth row we put thus: the left corner - in the left pocket of the other module, and the right corner in the gap between the modules of the previous row. Only 40 yellow modules.

The bottom of the vase consists of 30 modules that are alternately inserted into each other.

Vase handles - 12 yellow modules each.

We glue the bottom and handles with glue. And now, the vase is ready.

For those who easily master this kind of vase, you can try and more complex options, for example, a vase of fruit. Pleasant creativity and good crafts.
