    click fraud protection

In the aseptic method, the bottles, nipples and everything else are sterilized by boiling, and the milk mixture is sterilized, in a saucepan or a measuring vessel. Then the sterilized mixture is poured into sterilized bottles and covered with lids.

This method requires more time and attention than final sterilization, but there is less danger of burning the nipples because the mixture strains when bottled.

    Hardware .

    1. Bottles with capacity of 230 g - 6-8 for starters. If the child drinks water, an extra bottle will be needed.

Wash your hands with soap and water.

Place the bottles with the neck down into the nets of the wire mesh in a pan for sterilization. In a saucepan there should be three centimeters of hot water. In the same pan, put the funnel and strainer. Boil for five minutes. While the dishes cool( covered with a lid), you can cook and boil the mixture.

Mixture making. Pour water( cold or hot) into the saucepan in the amount necessary for the mixture plus an additional 60 g based on evaporation. Add the necessary amount of sugar or syrup. Sugar in the tablespoon should be leveled with a knife. Stir the sugar or syrup until it dissolves.

Now add the amount of milk needed to make the mixture. If the mixture requires 280 g of concentrated milk and 560 g of water, pour first 620 g of water( 580 g for the mixture and 60 g for evaporation).Add 280 g of concentrated milk so that the mixture reaches 900 g - before boiling.

The lid of the jar with with concentrated milk must be washed with soap and opened before opening, one for milk, the other for air.

Homogenized milk needs only to be printed and poured.

Pasteurized non-homogenized milk turn upside down and shake for a minute before opening to mix the cream with milk.

Place the measuring pan with the mixture on the fire, bring to a boil and simmer for five minutes, stirring constantly and making sure that the mixture does not run off and does not stick at the bottom.(The pan and the spoon for stirring do not need to be sterilized beforehand.) They are sterilized during the boiling of the mixture.)

Boiling mixture. When the pan in which the bottles are located is sufficiently cold, move it to the table. Remove the funnel and strainer and cover with a lid, which has sterilized the inner surface.

Do not touch the bottles of the bottles, the inner surface of the funnel and the strainer.

Turn the bottles and place them on the table.

Use a funnel and a strainer to dispense the required amount of the mixture into bottles.

When everything is cool enough, put it in the refrigerator.

You can sterilize the bottles in the oven. If you want, you can not boil the bottles, funnel and strainer, and hold them for 15 minutes in the oven at 25G degrees. Do not attempt to sterilize the nipples and bottle caps.
