    The strength endurance of large muscle groups is measured in 6 exercises. The test lasts 5 minutes.

    Exercise 1.

    For 60 seconds, we perform the flexion and extension of the arms in the

    resting face down. Count the number of done movements.

    Exercise 2.

    Within 60 sec we raise the trunk to the sitting position from the lying position face up. Count the number of done movements.

    Exercise 3.

    Within 60 seconds from standing position, raise your legs to the side.

    Count the number of done movements.

    Exercise 4.

    Free sitting with raised legs and for 60 s bend and unbend them. Count the number of done movements.

    Exercise 5.

    Within 30 seconds, lift the trunk from the position of lying down face. Count the number of done movements.

    Exercise 6.

    Within 30 seconds from the lying down position, raise your legs.

    Count the number of done movements.

    Score.

    Combining the number of movements in each exercise, you can give a characterization of muscular endurance.

    For comparison, we give the data of one silver medal wrestler:

    exercise 7 - 105 push-ups;

    exercise 2 - 46 movements;

    exercise 3- 75 movements;

    exercise4-14 times;

    exercise 5-67 times;

    exercise 6 - 145 times.

    Strength endurance can be determined by the number of pull-ups on the crossbar, count the number of sit-ups, in the hanging on the Swedish wall also calculate how many times the legs were raised and lowered.

    Stop watch at the beginning of the test, and turn off when the hand starts to fall.

    Daily execution of this test will determine the multi-day rhythm of static force, and it characterizes the overall endurance.
