The reason for these double standards is easily explained: most of us still choose not what is useful, but what is beautiful and fashionable. Yes, we like to feel like excellent pupils, handing over trash, but to look like a teacher of natural history, we also do not want to.
The hero of the movie "Dilemma" deftly noticed why electric vehicles conquer the market with snail's steps - they are stubborn! Until the design is seduced, and the objects evoke the desire to possess them by all means, no stored ozone layers can become a motive for buying a scooter instead of a convertible.
Let's be honest with ourselves: we are not yet so eco-conscious to save the planet to the detriment of our own image or comfort. No, we are, of course, ready, but not by the same methods!
In the meantime, the rudiments of social responsibility are only ripening in us, the fashion industry is looking for a worthy alternative - not only in terms of ethics, but also style.
