Means of activated water
"Living" water, has a pH of about 10.5."Dead", respectively, has a pH of about 3.0.
Acid( "dead") water is a clear liquid without sediment, has an acidic taste, astringent consistency, acid odor. Depending on its concentration and storage conditions, it retains its biological properties for 2 to 3 weeks. Keep it in tightly closed containers away from sunlight. To do this, it is desirable to use a thermos bottle or a bottle of dark glass. Acidic water is characterized by pronounced antiseptic, i.e.disinfecting properties. When ingested, it lowers blood pressure, improves metabolism in the body, reduces pain in the joints, etc., with external application, water disinfects festering wounds.
Alkaline( "live") water is also transparent, although after the reaction, a precipitate of flakes is possible, which is greater the worse the initial tap water was. It is practically devoid of smell. In its properties, this water is alkaline, soft, resembles a rainwater."Live" water quickly heals fresh wounds, stimulates the metabolism of organisms, increases blood pressure, improves appetite and digestion of food. Keep it in a dark place, without access to air. In such conditions, it retains its properties for a week or more.
When preparing and using activated water, the following rules must be observed.
Activated water is not recommended to be stored in the refrigerator and without the need to cool without the need. This is due to the vibration of the refrigerator, with its magnetic field. Despite the fact that this field is small, its influence significantly affects the quality of water, worsening its properties. In some recipes listed below, before use, the activated water should be heated. Care must also be taken in this case. Water should be heated on a small fire, preferably in enamel or ceramic dishes( but not in any way on an electric stove!), You do not need to boil, otherwise the water loses its useful qualities. When mixing "living" and "dead" water, mutual neutralization occurs, and the resulting liquid loses its therapeutic activity. Therefore, when taking in the "live" and then the "dead" water, you need to pause between doses not less than 1.5-2 hours. For external use, for example, after treating the wound with "dead" water, a pause infor 8-10 minutes, and only then the wound should be treated with "live" water.
Once again it must be emphasized that activated water is not an artificial, but a natural product. It does not cause allergies, but, on the contrary, it successfully eliminates it. In the worst case, water will not have a significant effect on the treatment of a specific disease, but it will still have a beneficial effect on the general condition and will not cause any harm.
Activated water can be used in the form of inhalation, especially for the treatment of infectious colds. In this case, "dead" water is used. You can also use a method of electrophoresis, for example, in the treatment of the common cold. To do this, wrap the gauze with two thin electrodes( anode), after moistening the gauze with "dead" water, and insert them into the nose. The cathode must be pressed to the moistened head. Of course, when carrying out electrophoresis, care must be taken: the source voltage should not exceed 3-4.5 volts. Usually enough
1-2 procedures for 10-12 minutes.
Do not take medicines with activated water. If you need to take medication, you need to hold a pause of 2-2.5 hours between taking medication and water.
When administered with activated water, a single average dose for an adult human
is, as a rule, 1/2 cup. For children aged 2 to 5 years
- 1/4 cup, from 5 to 12 years - 1/3 cup, from 12 or more - 1/2 cup.
For external application and rinsing, it is best to repeat the procedure 6-10 times a day.
Take water 30 minutes before meals or 2-2.5 hours after meals.
Before applying water for cosmetic purposes, the skin should be cleaned first with
soap or alcohol solution of salicylic acid.
Before applying the water compress the sore spot should be warmed with sand,
salt or a light massage. Activated water before use( for
compress and rinse) must be heated in a water bath.
I advise you not to engage in self-medication. Before treatment, consult a doctor.
