Belt in this technique

And in this master class we will learn how to weave this irreplaceable subject of the wardrobe in the technique of the French pigtail. And for work you will need:

• thread "soutache" or cord with a cross-sectional diameter of 2.5 mm - 10 m;
• beads;
• buckle.

First we cut the threads into 9 parts. Fold them along the length together and spend the ends of one side several times. Threads are divided into 2 parts, in the right there should be 4, and in the left 5 threads.

Take the leftmost thread and drag it through all the strings to the right, attaching it to the right group. Next, take the rightmost thread and do the same. In this way we will weave the entire length of the belt. Note that each time we skip the thread first under the next one, not above it.

When weaving is complete, fix the edge with a machine stitch, cut off the excess. We fasten the buckle, we extend the product with beads.

To work you will need a twisted cord 3-3,5 mm - 130 m, ruler.

1. Folding our bag is a mesh. We cut the threads into 28 segments, each 3.5-4 m. Fold them twice, pin to the working surface with pins, groups of 4. We begin the weaving with double flat knots, with which we plait a whole series. It will be the bottom line.
2. The second row of such nodes is staggered relative to the first. To ensure that the rows are even, apply a ruler when tying the knot. Use this technique to knit the entire canvas. This technique is also useful to you, if you decide to weave a hammock: select the thread thicker, and the braiding itself is fixed on thick wooden rods.
3. Also make double flat knots on the other side of the bottom line. Forming the angle, we add from each side of the canvas folded in half. We prick it 2 cm from the bottom and tie double flat knots. In all there should be 4 pieces.
4. Plait 15 rows of mesh, and with 16 start making pens. Threads are divided into 4 groups and we work with each of them. Weave 4 rows of nodules, weave the middle strings to the extreme, make 2 double flat knots. Middle threads are cut and continue to weave 10 flat knots, gradually reducing the number of yarns, so that the chain gradually thins. There are 8 threads remaining. We cut them along the entire length, we sew in pairs. We add an auxiliary thread and knit a chain of flat knots.

We remove the joints in the middle and the bag is ready! In this scheme, you can also weave flowers for flowers, only the grid itself needs to be made smaller, and the handles - longer.

Materials we need are:

• thread or shoelaces - 2 colors;
• a pair of beads for the eyes;
• pins;
• work surface.

1. Cut the thread length of about 80 cm each, 4 of each color and attach to the thread-base.

2. The fourth thread from the edge is wrapped to the right, we rub the reps knots on it with the other three.

3. We fix the thread with a pin, turn to the left and again weave the reps nodes.

4. Repeat the steps until 6 rows of such nodes are ready.

5. We do the same manipulations on the left.

6. Without attracting white threads, plait 5 reps knots in the middle.

7. We put beads on loose threads.

8. In the middle we fasten the product with the help of a pin, we lead the extreme thread to the right, we start the braiding of the diagonal breed. Just do the left.

9. On each side of the plait three more brides.

10. Leave alone the two central and 2 extreme filaments. Of the remaining plait, there are 5 diagonal breeds.

12. We divide the workpiece into 2 parts, we braid each of them.
