3. Organizes timely examination of patients in diagnostic rooms, with consulting doctors and in the laboratory.

5. Immediately informs the attending physician, and in his absence - the head of the department or the doctor on duty about the sudden deterioration of the patient's condition.

6. Participates in circumvention of doctors in the chambers assigned to it, reports on the status of patients, records the prescribed treatment, monitors the performance of appointments.

7. Carries out sanitary-hygienic service of physically weakened and seriously ill patients( washing, feeding, giving drink, washing mouth, eyes, ears, etc.).

8. Accepts and places patients in the ward, checks the quality of sanitary treatment of newly admitted patients.

9. Checks the transmission of patients in order to prevent the intake of contraindicated food and beverages.

10. Isolates patients in the agonistic state, is present at death, calls the doctor to ascertain death, prepares corpses of the deceased for transmission to the morgue.

11. Passes watch in the wards at the bedside of patients. While taking on duty, examines the premises assigned to it, the state of electric lighting, the availability of hard and soft equipment, medical equipment and tools, medicines. Signs for the reception of duty in the diary of the department.

12. Supervises the execution of the day of separation by patients and relatives. On cases of violation of the regime, the nursing nurse reports to the senior nurse.

13. Supervises the work of junior medical personnel and supervises the implementation of the rules of internal labor regulations.

14. Once a week, weighs patients, noting the weight of the patient in the medical history. All incoming patients make a measurement of body temperature twice a day, record the temperature in the temperature sheet.

15. If a patient shows signs of an infectious disease, immediately notifies the attending physician about it, he isolates the patient at his order and immediately produces the current disinfection.

17. Keeps track of the sanitary maintenance of the chambers assigned to it, as well as the personal hygiene of patients( skin care, mouth, hair and nails cutting), timely intake of hygienic baths, change of bed linen and bed linen, records the change of linen in the medical history.

18. Cares about timely supply of patients with all necessary for treatment and care.

The ward nurse has the right:
