Useful and medicinal properties of mineral water
Mineral water is a deposit of mineral and biologically active substances, which play an important role in the normal functioning of the body and in the preservation of health. The most important elements in mineral water are sodium, calcium, magnesium, bicarbonate, chlorine and sulfates. In addition to the basic elements, the mineral water also contains biologically active trace elements such as silicon, iodine, bromine, etc.
There are a huge number of types of mineral waters( carbonic, iodobromide, sulphide, hydrogen sulphide, etc.), which vary considerably in composition. Virtually all of them are an effective remedy for many diseases, can be taken or used for external use. Mineral water is prescribed for drinking with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, used for inhalation with problems with respiratory organs, mineral baths are taken for the treatment of joint diseases. However, the application of each of them has strict medical prescriptions. For example, the action of hydrogen sulphide water improves the functions of the skin, accelerates the metabolism, improves the excretion of toxins from the body. Baths with iodine and bromine have a soothing and bactericidal effect, etc.
Mineral water from time-tested sources not only heals, energizes, but also has the effect of rejuvenation. Therefore, if you want to prolong youth, drink "mineral water".In contrast to ordinary or mineralized water, it is actively involved in the regulation of water metabolism due to salts dissolved in it. As a result, it is impossible to "overdose" it. True, this applies only to table water, in which the mineralization is small( not more than 1 g per liter).
It should be noted that only natural water has medicinal properties. Mineralized, i.e., purified water with the addition of a certain set of salts, does not have such qualities.
In the treatment room, the concentration of salts is much higher( from 1 to 10 grams per liter), so it is not suitable for everyone. Healing water( 10 to 15 grams per liter) is not recommended without consulting a doctor. Mineral water, in which the salt content is more than 15 g, is used only for external use.
