We take a landscape sheet of A4 format.

Fold the paper down as if you wanted to make a square out of it.

Now bend the resulting angle to the left to make a triangle.

Bottom right corner bend to the center.

Fold the workpiece in half so that a triangle is obtained.

Now once again bend the resulting figure in half, and then spread.
