Everywhere there were rich fairs with all sorts of delicacies, spice-cakes, nuts, tea-drinking from samovars with bread and pancakes. Children whistled in clay whistles, imitating the singing of birds - they called the spring. From the ravines fired wheels from the carts were fired.
