    Pancake cake with curd cream( the recipe with the photo below) is the most refined of all pancakes. Particularly interesting pancake cake, if you make pancakes chocolate.

    Ingredients

    Milk - 0,7 liters, water - 0,3 liters, three eggs, three tablespoons of sugar, salt, two glasses of flour, bitter chocolate - 50 grams, a tablespoon of cocoa powder.

    For cream: cottage cheese - 400 g, whipping cream - 150 ml, 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar, two tablespoons of poppy, white chocolate, vanilla sugar. First of all, we knead the dough for pancakes. To do this, take 600 ml of milk, mix with water and heat to room temperature. Add sugar, salt, eggs and stir well. Slowly pour in the flour, do not stop stirring, we achieve a homogeneous consistency without lumps.

    The remaining 100 ml of milk is heated in a water bath and melt the bitter chocolate in them. We also add cocoa powder. Stir well and pour into a pancake batter.

    For a well-heated frying pan pour the dough ladle and bake pancakes. Try to make pancakes thinner. Ready pancakes are left to cool. Now let's prepare the curd cream.

    Take 50 ml of cream, heat them in a water bath and melt white chocolate in them.

    Cream that was left to beat in the foam.

    We add sugar powder, vanilla sugar and pre-soaked and ground poppy, stir well. In this mixture, gently whip the whipped cream and white chocolate. Now let's start forming the cake.

    Shape the film with a foil and lay the pancakes on the bottom so that their edges hang over the edges of the mold. Lay the pancakes overlap, so that there are no empty spaces between the pancakes. Cover the pancakes with a layer of curd cream.

    Once again lay out the pancakes, but already strictly in shape, no need to hang the edges. And again a layer of cream, and again a layer of pancakes, and so on. The last layer of pancakes covered with the edges of pancakes, which remained hanging.

    Cover the cake on top with a foil and put it in the cold overnight.

    This recipe is quite laborious, but the result is worth it.

    Next day, pull out the cake from the mold, release it from the film, cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
