Complex of exercises for the baby 7-8 months
Alternate extension of the hands . The child lies on his back with rings in his hands.
Holding on to the rings, lift the child's straight arms one after the other and lower them back. Repeat 6-8 times. The same can be done without rings, giving the child to grab their fingers.
Lifting the legs . The child lies on his back.
Taking his straightened legs so that with his thumbs from below to grasp the gastrocnemius muscle, lift them, press the hips to the stomach and lower the legs. Repeat 4-6 times.
Go to the sitting position with support. The child lies on his back, holding the adult's right hand with his left hand.
Holding the kid's foot with the left hand on the table, the right one slightly support his hand, causing him to sit down;then gently lower the child back onto the table. Repeat 2-3 times, supporting one for one, then another shoulder.
Turning from back to stomach, holding hands . The child lies on his back.
Grasping his right hand with his right hand, gently pull his pen forward and toward the middle line of the trunk, prompting himself to turn from the back to his stomach. Repeat 2-3 times in each direction.
Lifting the trunk . The child lies on his back.
Grab the child's legs from the ankle joints so that the thumbs are on the bottom and the rest on the top. Holding the
with the right hand of the child under the backrest, lift the legs and torso up above the table, without lifting your head from the surface of the table. Repeat 1-2 times.
Circular motion of the feet . The child lies on his back.
Having grasped the lower leg of the child, bend his legs, bringing the hips to the stomach. Divide the bent legs to the sides, straighten them, bring them to their original position. Repeat 3-4 times.
Lifting of the legs and trunk . The child lies on his stomach.
Grabbing his legs in the hip area so that the thumbs are behind, and the remaining four in front of the knees,
, lift the legs and the trunk of the child above the table surface. The child rests his arms straight on the table. Repeat 1-2 times.
Go to the sitting position. The child lies on his back.
With your left hand under the child's thighs and the right hand under your chest, move it to the sitting position, pressing your back to your chest. Repeat 2-3 times.
Toy delivery. The child is sitting.
Take a rattle or a ball and with various hand movements( up, forward, sideways), encourage the child to get it. Repeat 8-10 times.
Crawl behind the toy. The child lies on his stomach.
Put a toy in front of him and, pushing it to the different ends of the table, encourage him to actively crawl and get it. Repeat 6-8 times.
