Salt Reflexotherapy
All the doctors engaged in reflexology, like to tell something to their patients about the same story.
This story boils down to the following.
One time( it was a long time ago), one peasant caught a bad cold. He would go to bed and begin to cure his cold, but he had no such opportunity: suffering began. And the poor peasant had to go out to work in the field. In the field he hoeed a hoe with a potato, but since his eyes were watery from the cold, at some point he missed and hit the hoe not on the ground, but on his foot, on his thumb. It hurts!. . The sick peasant complained about his bitter share, said all the necessary words and suddenly noticed that he had a runny nose! The finger that hit the hoe hit, it hurts, and the cold does not, as it never happened!
So, experts say, it was the beginning of reflexotherapy. ..
I think this story is fictional. When and where there was reflexotherapy, we do not know. It is known only that to date, hundreds of points or zones on the human body are known to those skilled in the art, who need to be actively irritated by pricking, cauterization, or massage to obtain a curative effect.
Most of these points( zones) on the hands and feet.
