    Analysis of intuition

Quite often the word "intuition" is used to refer to something vague, something that is not backed by logic. For millions of years, a person relied exclusively on her. Even to some extent, a person's survival depended on how much his intuition was developed. For today in the modern world intuition plays not smaller role.

It should be noted that a huge part of what is concluded in its understanding of art, philosophy, scientific or any other discovery occurs precisely on an intuitive level. In order to be able to create a work of art, and after understanding its meaning, to come to some discovery or invention in order to create something new, one must have not only the necessary knowledge, the theory of philosophy, aesthetics or science,we must also feel the essence, spirit and the very idea, which in turn we try to convey through some form. And you must agree, this spirit can not be explained in words or formulated adequately.

Intuition is the way through which our heart and soul communicate directly with our consciousness.

Yes, it's not appropriate to argue, intuition goes beyond common sense and logic. The intuition of man uses not only visual images, but also symbols, archetypes, metaphors, uses the extraordinary ways and forms that have been accumulated throughout the history of mankind. Consequently, intuition, if it is characterized only by its immediate capabilities, is incomparably richer than all other forms of knowledge that are more understandable and familiar to us.

    Intuition and logic

Quite often in our life we use such term as logic. Speaking of it, we mean well-considered decisions, weighted facts, arguments and the like. So, logic is in turn a somewhat limited tool that is in our Consciousness. Logic is only a tool of thinking, but it is not the thinking itself. It is only natural for it to process the available information, but not to create new knowledge, it is only responsible for making the judgments correctly transformed, but it can not find out whether the premises themselves are false or still true.

The paradox is that thinking only logically and rationally is simply impossible. Therefore, the logic must be preceded by some ability to learn the truth. It is this skill that immediately precedes logic and which for the recognition of truth does not use it, since ancient times it has been customary to call intuition( the word intuition has its origin from the Latin intuition - steadfast scrutiny).

When a person fully trusts intuition, he to some extent moves away from logical reasoning while plunging into his inner subconscious state, in a series of not entirely understandable sensations and apprehensions, symbols and images.

In those cases, when our reason slowly and consistently, step by step approaches the goal, intuition in turn operates quite quickly, you can even say lightning fast. She does not need proof, and she does not tend to rely on any reasoning. Intuitive thinking, in turn, proceeds quite unnoticed, naturally, so it is not as tiring as logical thinking, which in turn involves the application of willpower.

And quite the contrary, when a person can work well in a fully conscious logical mode, then in that case he loses access to his intuition.

It is thanks to intuition that a person can immediately present a picture of reality as a whole. Then, as events develop further and what they lead to, he foresees or in some cases can even clearly see( the main variants), whereas other participants do not understand its essence, but at the same time, it will be muchIt is more difficult to convey the words to that picture( in any case, without significant losses), and besides this, to answer the question, how did he manage to understand all that was happening.

Judging from the words of the American psychotherapist Eric Berne: "Intuition means that we know something, without knowing how we learned about it."

    Learning Intuition

Psychologists do not have a good enough idea of how intuition actually works, and how to study it. Most often for this they use a term such as "insight" - that in translation means insight, this word comes from English insight - comprehension, insight, insight. This term is used to denote the moment when a new person suddenly visits a new idea, the solution of a problem on which he thinks a lot comes to mind. Another insight is called "aha - a reaction", in this case we mean exclamations, which we involuntarily pronounce, when we start to grasp the essence of this or that problem, and see the way out of it. So, for example, the creative insight of Archimedes, who jumped out of the bath with the cry of "Eureka" - is a classic illustration of insight.

Many modern scientists believe that the source of intuition lies in the unconscious, and, to be more precise, in its well-established interaction with the consciousness itself. Numerous studies have confirmed this conclusion. In those cases when intuition finds its immediate manifestation, it works with anticipation, symbols and archetypes. The fact that intuitive foresight are born in a dream or in dreams in reality can not be accidental.

A person who has a well-developed intuition, can quite subtly catch information coming from the subconscious, for example, it can be understood by facial expressions, intonation, gestures, by the expression of the eyes, the information that the interlocutor does not want to speak openly. Most of this information we simply do not notice, and therefore it is no longer available to our conscious control, but at the same time it can not be said that it is lost to us for good, it in turn forms on the unconscious level a special, intuitive experience.

As for the intuitive experience, it in turn develops in addition to will and desire, it is also worth noting that it can not be either repeated by a person or arbitrarily manifested, although at the same time, it significantly influences the nature of our behavior and activities. For the intuitive experience, it is characteristic to determine the channel in which thinking proceeds directly.

Philosophers such as Socrates and Plato, as well as many others, understood the intuition and intuitive experience much deeper. Their intuition was perceived as the integral ability of a person to a holistic, holographic cognition of the truth, and at once in various aspects - past, future and present, space and time, life and death, eternity, evolution, visible and invisible, archetype and form, material and spiritual.

In their understanding, intuitive experience is, in turn, not only certain external moments that fall into our subconscious, and not only the abstract unconscious person, which psychologists speak about today. This is, to some extent, the ability to "remember", "recognize".In this case, we are talking about the experience of the Immortal Soul, which she collected during a long series of incarnations.

A certain part of this experience the soul finds out, recalls through flashes of intuition, "illumination".This, in turn, is the ability to capture ideas - archetypes, the ability to move beyond the material world, into the world of ideas and live there, even for one short moment. What is characteristic of a person is that this integral quality is not yet fully developed in it, but it still has the opportunity to awaken and develop.

    Developing intuition

In 1926 American researcher Graham Wallace proposed a scheme of the process of creative thinking, which later became famous. He developed it on the basis of self-observation data of famous scientists, first of all German physiologist, mathematician and physicist Hermann Helmholtz and French mathematician Henri Poincaré.In this process, Wallace identified four stages.

  • The fourth stage is a test. At this stage, we can already clothe the image through words, thoughts in turn are lined up in a logical sequence, this or that discovery is scientifically justified.

The moment of insight( insight), the birth of an idea is the completion of an intuitive creative process. So far, it still remains mysterious and unpredictable. Perhaps, it will be shrouded in secrecy for a long time. In the event that it was possible to unravel the secret of enlightenment and it would be possible to reproduce it, then in this case great discoveries would be made at will, to order, according to instructions. In this case, it would be easy to solve all life problems, extract new knowledge about the world, comprehend truths - it would be much simpler and more accessible that usually people get a great price.

Yet psychologists and philosophers agree that the path that necessarily leads to insight is known. Its essence lies in the fact that it is necessary to work hard and hard on a specific problem - to investigate it from all sides, while trying to get maximum information, thinking about it again and again, wishing to find a solution.

Internal illumination is, in turn, the result of a long, unconscious work. For some time you just need to live this idea( problem), not looking for a solution, and most likely, someday it will illuminate consciousness itself, and bring with it an unusual experience of understanding, take-off, clarity, happiness and breakthrough.

What is needed in order to awaken and develop intuition:
    1. for this it is necessary to elevate one's consciousness. Do not stop for a long time on some small, domestic issues and problems. Every day should be given time to raise your consciousness. It is necessary to cut off unnecessary thoughts, twists and emotions.
    2. needs to learn, turn off the thought process in important moments. Intuition begins to work in cases when the work of logical thinking ceases. Logic, of course, is also needed, but each has its own time.
    3. should erase stereotyped approaches. Every time you need to rethink in a new way what you already know. In any of its actions, creativity should be introduced.
    4. does not need to be idle. You should take the initiative and make an effort. When there is a question, you need to do everything in order to find the right answer yourself.

Once it happened that the truck was imprudently stuck under the overpass, because it was too high. Everything, the road service, the police, tried to push it. Everyone expressed his own assumption of how to push the truck. Thus, they first decided to remove part of the cargo, but as a result, the truck became lighter and rose on the springs, thus, even more tightly stuck under the bridge. Tried to use wedges, scrap, increased the number of engine speed. They did everything that is done in such situations, but this only made it worse.

A boy, six years old, came up to them and offered to release some air from the tires. Thus, the problem was immediately solved.

Road workers and workers could not release the truck, as they knew a lot, and all they knew was somehow reduced to the use of force. Most of our problems are only exacerbated by the fact that we know a lot. Only in those cases when we manage to distract ourselves from previously known decisions, we begin to actually catch the whole essence of the problem.

You can also use the following tips to develop intuition.
    • Try to get as much life experience as possible, regardless of whether it is good or bad, just the fact of its availability is very important.
    • Try to do any action differently, for example, go to work different routes, then if you suddenly be late for it, intuition will tell you a shorter path.
    • Read more books, etc. If you need intuition in a particular activity, then in this case it is recommended to read special literature. It is not necessary to remember everything in detail, since the necessary information will still remain in the subconscious. This can in turn be called the initial data for intuition.
    • Be confident in your forebodings and intuition. If intuition tells you one thing, and you do something else, then you give up her help. In a sense, in this way, you make it clear to your subconscious that his work on finding an intuitive solution to the task is useless. Consequently, over time, he will stop doing it. And in the end, you will lose all your intuition.

Do not run soy intuition, develop it, listen to it, improve. Since developed intuition is one of the most reliable assistants in any situation.

  • Each of us would like to feel confident in any situation and know in advance the solutions to all problems. After all, it is unlikely that someone would refuse such an assistant, who would make life so much easier for us, and so, such an assistant actually exists, yes, it is intuition. Many may begin to argue that not everyone is endowed with perfect intuition, but everyone still has it, unlike extrasensory abilities. The simple fact is that not everyone listens to their intuition, and not everyone cares about its immediate development.

    Article structure:

  • Intuition analysis
  • Intuition and logic
  • Learning intuition
  • Developing intuition
  • The first stage is the preparation stage. This stage includes the collection of necessary information about a particular problem, the conscious search for its solution and immediate consideration.
Philosophical experience confirms the same, only in a few words: you need a period when nothing can happen, when you first think, you make some attempts, but they in turn lead to nothing.everything is just useless.
  • The second stage is incubation. At this stage, problems are borne. It is this period that is the period of apparent stagnation. In fact, at this stage, unconscious deep work on the problem occurs, moreover, at this level of consciousness a person can not think about it at all.
  • The third stage is the stage of enlightenment. Inspiration, discovery, insight. This stage comes always quite unexpectedly, it can be said instantly. The solution of this or that task at this moment comes in the form of a symbol, an image that is rather difficult to describe in words.
