    Hand massage ( grinding). The child lies on his back.

    Slightly holding the brush with your right hand, with your left hand, make spiraling rubbing movements in the direction from the child's hand to the shoulder. Repeat 4-6 times. Then massage the left hand of the baby with your right hand.

    Cross arms . The child lies on his back.

    Grab the child's legs from above with the one hand in the ankle area, place the other hand on the lower back. Raise the child's legs above the table, fixing the other's arm with his arm, avoiding excessive lumbar flexure. Repeat 4-6 times.

    Crawling . The child lies on his stomach.

    Bend the child's legs and put his feet so that the soles rest against your palm, and bring the other hand from below under the baby's chest. Easily push the child into the soles, prompting him to crawl;hand, lying under the breast, support the baby, slightly helping him to move forward. Repeat 3-4 times.

    Back bending . The child lies with his chest and abdomen on your hands.

    Go to sitting position . The child lies on his back.

    Grab the torso of the child from the sides with both hands.

    When lowering the child, move one hand to the back of the head and support the head, avoiding bruising. Repeat 2-4 times.
