Thickening of the penis - Causes, symptoms and treatment. MF.
Currently, several methods are used to thicken the penis: transplantation of free fat under the skin of the penis, strips of skin or muscle of the anterior abdominal wall, surgical transplantation of a part of the muscle.
All these methods aimed at thickening the penis have shortcomings: an unpredictable result, no effect due to resorption of the inserted transplant, significant traumatism, after the operation there are skin defects( scars) at the sites of thickening tissues, a high risk of complications development, a long period of stayin a hospital.
Since 2006, in Russia, a completely new and promising method is used to thicken the penis, based on growing the patient's own tissues in the desired area of the body.
The principle of the operation is to implant a specially prepared thickening matrix on the basis of the biological material of collagen under the skin of the penis, together with the culture of the germ cells( fibroblasts), isolated from the patient's blood, which in the resorption of the matrix is completely replaced by its own tissue of the patient.
This method of thickening the penis was developed and tested in Seoul( Korea) prof. Kim Jin-Hong and also in Belgrade( Serbia), the world's leading genital surgeon prof. Perovic Sava. Therefore, this technique is used only in several clinics - in Korea, Serbia and Moscow.
Description of the method of thickening of the penis
On the day of the operation, the patient takes 50 ml of blood from the vein for subsequent laboratory incubation to isolate the cell culture. The resulting culture is applied to a matrix of the required size.
In the course of a simple surgical procedure through the circular cut of the skin along the edge of the penis head, the matrix is fixed under the skin of the penis along its entire length. For a better aesthetic effect, if desired, the patient is circumcised.
Result
The tissue culture placed on the matrix gradually germinates through it and after 3-6 months the whole matrix completely dissolves, and instead of it, its own connective tissue grows under the skin of the penis. At the same time, the loss of the initial increase in volume does not occur more than 15-20%, and the skin of the penis remains completely sensitive and mobile.
