Launching a kite
The launch of a kite is what all parents do with their children, sooner or later, but only a few of them really know how to do it correctly, and therefore rely on luck in the hope that the snake will fly off high enough that it will please the children, and leaving the city will not be in vain. Nevertheless, do not rely on luck. Here are a few tips that will help you run the snake high enough in a few minutes.
WITH WHAT TO START:
1. Acquire the right snake;for beginners the delta will suit.
2. Find a convenient place to start, without obstacles, away from roads, airplanes, trees and power lines. A beach or an open field in the park is good.
3. Guess that the day was good, a little windy, but not too much: something about 10-25 km / h for delt will be just right.
Never run a kite in rain or in stormy weather.
4. Prepare a small set of tools for repairing a snake: scissors, tape, quality cord( rope).
5. Know the basic principles of the kite and at least the approximate laws by which it flies: A lid or sail is a material that "catches" the air. The frame, or spars, supports the sail.
Bridle( rope) is the bridle, which tie the kite to the flying line. The tail adds stability. The wind blows the sail of a kite. The snake can not fly in the wind, as it is attached to the line, which creates inhibition. When you hold the tench, you pull the spars. The serpent unfolds in the wind, the wind moves above and below it, which, in the language of aerodynamics, creates a lift. The combination of braking and lifting force allows the kite to neglect gravity and fly.
NOW YOU NEED TO START THE AIR SNAKE:
Stand with your back to the wind. Take the kite behind the bridle so that it is facing the wind. Slightly loosen the rope. The kite must start to take off if there is enough wind. Let the snake fly a little, then when it starts to climb upwards, pull the rope to help it rise. Continue in the same spirit until the kite gains height.
HOW TO KEEP IT IN THE AIR:
All the time, while the kite is turned upwards, you should keep the rope taut. If he starts to dive, you need to loosen the rope tension to allow the kite to level off. Once this happens, pull the rope again so it starts to rise.
YOU WILL ALSO WILL RETURN IT ON THE EARTH:
For a while, pull it down slowly. It is not necessary that the wind strongly inflate it, otherwise it can break.
