Preparations for myocarditis
The drug belongs to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs( NSAIDs).
In tablets of 200 mg and in vials for oral administration( in 5 ml of the suspension contains 5100 mg of the drug).
Has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect.
• Inflammatory heart disease: myocarditis.
• Inflammatory joint diseases: ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, radiculitis.
• Teeth and headache.
• Fever.
• Myalgia and neuralgia.
Disorders of hematopoiesis, liver and kidney disease, gastric or intestinal ulcer in the acute stage, individual intolerance.
• Gastrointestinal tract: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, ulcerative lesions of the digestive tract.
• Nervous system: insomnia, increased irritability and irritability, headache and dizziness.
• Urinary system: impaired renal function.
• Blood: anemia.
• Allergic manifestations: Quincke's edema, skin rash, anaphylactic shock.
Depending on the disease and the patient's condition, the doctor selects the dose and the frequency of reception individually. As a rule, 200-800 mg 3-4 times a day are prescribed. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 2.4 g.
The drug is prescribed at the rate of 20-40 mg per kg of body weight per day, divided into several receptions.
It is forbidden to use in the third trimester of pregnancy, in the first half, use only as prescribed by the doctor in cases where the drug can not be replaced by anything. In the period of breastfeeding, it is undesirable to use, since some amount of the drug is excreted in the mother's milk. It is prescribed in this period only with severe pain or fever. With prolonged use, the baby should be transferred to an artificial mixture.
The use of the drug requires constant monitoring of blood tests. Ibuprofen reduces the effect of antihyper-tensile and diuretics.

Sexual system: virilism in women, that is, voice coarsening, menstrual irregularity, male hair type. Allergic reactions: urticaria, skin rash and itching.
Men are prescribed 50-200 mg depending on the condition, and women 50-100 mg once every 1-4 weeks. The frequency of administration and dosage is calculated by the attending doctor. The drug is administered intramuscularly.
Since the age of two, 25-50 mg once a month is prescribed.
Forbidden. The drug when used during pregnancy leads to the formation of fetal malformations. In the period of breastfeeding, retabolil is excreted in the mother's milk, so it is necessary to transfer the baby to artificial milk formula.
