Features of the game and its educational value. The proposed game is the next step in the development of a purposeful, meaningful perception of the shape of geometric figures. The process of visual perception here is released from the tactile and propulsion support - the child recognizes the shape of the figure with one eye. The purposefulness of the examination is increased, since the visual image of the shape of the figure tells the child where his house is.

Carrying out such a game, the educator determines the level of visual perception of the shape of the object: how clearly the child represents the shape of the geometric figure, whether it recognizes it among others.

The game situation has a plot character. She is already familiar to children on the game of color perception( "Look for your home!").Participants in the game receive the roles of tenants moving to a new home. These roles and the corresponding movements make it interesting and important for children to teach the game the problem, which is to compare the figures on their cards with others of a larger size and find among them the same. This takes place at a great distance.

There are elements of competition in the game( who will find their home and take a place in it?).These rules of the game require the child to mobilize his efforts and dedication.

Game material. Small cards( 6X8 cm) with the following geometric shapes: circle, triangle, square and rectangle. The number of all cards must correspond to the number of participants in the game. In addition, we need four large cards with the same figures. In large cards, you can get laces to make it easier for children to hold them.

Description of the game and its techniques. The game can be conducted with the entire group both indoors and on site. Reminding the children of the already familiar game "Look for your home!", The teacher offers to play with new cards.

He calls to his four children, gives each person on a large map with the identification mark of the new house, in which the tenants will move. Children with maps take their places( they stand in circles drawn on the ground).

Other participants of the game receive small cards - these are invitations to move to a new house. The teacher explains the rule: everyone looks at his invitation, but does not show it to anyone, so that no one knows which house he is going to move to. The invitation draws a figure that will help you find the house. In order not to confuse your house with a stranger, you need to carefully consider all the figures on the houses and choose the same one as on the card. Anyone who makes a mistake will not get into the house, since they will not let him in.

After that, for a while children move freely around the site, depicting different modes of movement( who is moving on what-who is by car, by train, by horse, etc.) They do not yet know where their home is,they have not shown the cards yet. At the signal of the educator "Stop!" Children with large cards( the owners) will pick them up, and the children representing the residents will have to stop, look at their cards, and then look for where the same figures are at the houses.

After a short pause, the teacher asks: "Where is your home?" After these words, the children run to their homes. As soon as the house is fully populated, all its tenants raise their cards. The educator and the owners of the houses, check in what house the tenants gathered earlier and whether they found their house correctly, mark the winners.

Then the adult collects small and large cards, chooses new hosts, distributes new invitations and the game repeats.

    Rules of the game.

    1. Invitations, i.e. small cards, do not show to anyone.

    2. Large maps show only at the signal "Stop!".

    3. At the "Stop!" Signal, everyone should stop, look at their figures and look for the same on larger maps.

    4. At the signal "Where is your house?" You need to hurry back to your place.

Tips for the educator. This game should be live, fun, entertain and amuse children. At the same time, make sure that children are not overexcited: since the main teaching task of the game is mental, it is necessary that movements do not distract children from solving it..

Since the game has a story, you should constantly activate the imagination of the children, maintain their emotional state.

Therefore, refer to them as to tenants or owners of houses, responsible for the order in them. House owners can check invitations.
